Food Products: Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that Flour Bakehouse is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any food items.
Incorrect Address and Unavailability: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you or if you are unavailable to receive the order with no secure place designated for item placement, we cannot issue a refund. Under these circumstances, the product will be discarded.
Unclaimed Orders: Should your item be subject to multiple delivery attempts by our courier and remains uncollected, leading to its return to us, we are unable to offer a refund.

Refund Procedure (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Return Shipping: For returning your product, please contact us at info@flourbakehouse.com.au. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Additional Shipping Information: The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
Package Redirection: We are not responsible for altered delivery times if a package is redirected in transit. We advise against redirection as it may significantly delay delivery.
